“Equanimity” Jeff Kepler Season Edit

This is my season edit from the 19/20 season. Since I had knee surgery in November, I did not think I was going to be able to ride for the entire season. Luckily, I was able to rehab quick enough that I began filming in March. Unfortunately, lockdowns due to the pandemic occurred shortly after I began filming, which forced me to ride zones that were within ten miles of my home. Overall, I am thankful for all of the great partners and cinematographers that helped to make this edit possible.

Jeff Kepler 18/19 Season Edit

Despite starting the season late due to injury, I enjoyed great turns and progressed my splitboarding and mountaineering skills. Fortunately, I was invited to join the Weston Team on a trip to Japan, and we successfully climbed and snowboarded Mount Yotei. In early April, the inaugural Front Range Splitfest hosted an event where we indulged in stable powder, and we enjoyed many excellent splitboard laps and met many new friends. Finally, excellent snowfall and cold temps in Colorado allowed me to complete technical splitboard lines into the late spring. Throughout the season, I focused on riding lines regular and switch to improve my technical skills on my Weston Range Splitboard. Thank you Weston, Purl Wax, Underground Snowboards, Mountain Outfitters Breck, Spark R&D, and everyone else that helped make last season a success.
